Wedding Prep!

Ok!
So...
I do have The Dress, it arrived a couple of months ago. I have to go see someone to adjust it better though, but I'm not planning on doing it up until a month before the Wedding, so mid January should do. I have started on a diet along with a good work out routine of course, so wish me luck! ^_^

We have a venue, and it is awesome! Very cozy, on a main road, close to town and with 10 cabins to host our families and closest friends, so we can all share breakfast and lunch the sunday after wedding party! So cool!
Now, we already chose the menu, but we have to go taste a trial of course and also arrange the decoration details with the wedding planner at the place. We want it to be a whole rustic-patagonian wedding, with southern Chilean vibes that will surely be noticed on the main courses, cocktail drinks and desert flavors. I'm taking the best of Patagonian food to the menu, so everyone can taste a bit of my beloved home.

We're also done with the wedding souvenirs, its decided that Rhubarb Jam and Calafate Syrup are the best choices to give away to our guests.

Another good thing is to have a graphic designer as a cousin, and for her to be so close and friends with us, because the labels for the souvenirs and the invitations are also picked and on their way!

What really has me worried is Jo's suit and the wedding rings. These two are supposed to be his task, so I'm not allowed to interfere, but you know men... They just don't care and never worry about time! I'm sure he'll end up asking me for help, but whatever... I don't really mind what he might wear and I'm in love with my engagement ring, so much actually that I suggested him to not buy me a new one, but he wants to do the matching-wedding bands thing... Not really to have both rings looking the same, but similar... So we'll see how that turns out anyway...

Parents, family and closest friends are all in tune now... Friends are starting to plan our bachelor and bachelorette parties, and did I mention we'll each have two? Oh yeah baby! One here in Punta Arenas, and one in Santiago... So I'll better bewareeee! xD

When we started thinking about planning this wedding, I was actually feeling nervous and sooo not confident at all! But it turns out that it is not such a big deal... Once we found the venue, we were able to visualize everything and see it take form at its own passe...

I'm so looking forward to the day, and really wish everyone from Punta Arenas can travel to such special weekend...

I thing I'll have to start training my liver LOL xD

-XoXo-
